You can find us up on the ninth floor of Peninsula Heights. It’s located on C.D. Barfiwala Marg, right in the Juhu Lane area of Andheri West. Mumbai is a crazy place to do business, especially in construction. There’s always someone in a hurry and the noise from the street never really stops. We work out of this office handling all the planning and the paperwork for our building projects. It's a decent-sized space, but it gets cramped when everyone is in for a meeting. We’ve been in the Andheri area for a good bit now. It’s central enough that we can get to most of our sites without spending the whole day in traffic, though that’s still a constant struggle. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. We just need a place to work and talk to our contractors. The view from the office is mostly other buildings, which reminds us why we’re in this business. We are just a group of people trying to get things built in a city that’s always changing. It’s a lot of long hours and phone calls. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just show up and do the work. The elevators in this building are sometimes slow, but we make do. It’s part of the Mumbai life. We just keep our heads down and build what needs building.
