We are located in Govandi, right on P.L. Lokhande Marg. The address is a bit of a mouthful, B-53 3/10 in Chawl A 14, over in Gautam Nagar. It’s a very grounded place to have a business. Govandi is a crowded, lively part of Mumbai, and being right in the middle of it keeps us aware of what people actually need when it comes to housing and realty. We aren't sitting in a shiny glass tower in Bandra. We work right here where the action is. Most of our days involve talking to people from the neighborhood and looking at small-scale realty tasks. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep, but it’s our base. PL7 Realty is just a group of us trying to make sense of the real estate market in this part of the city. We deal with the local authorities and handle the day-to-day grind of property matters. It’s a lot of walking around, checking on sites, and meeting folks face-to-face. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in and does what is needed. It’s an honest way to earn a living, even if the surroundings are a bit rough around the edges sometimes. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry about being fancy or impressive to outsiders. That's just how it is.
