Pinkode Realty Llp is tucked away in Chembur East. Our office is actually Flat No 1 on the ground floor of Building No 4 in Khandari Colony. It is on 2nd Road, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main highways. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for people to just drop in and have a chat. We deal with property stuff all day long. Chembur is a big area, and there is always something happening with houses or commercial spaces. We keep it simple here. There are no big marketing budgets or shiny advertisements. We just rely on knowing the neighborhood and the people who live in Khandari Colony and nearby. Sometimes we are out looking at flats, and other times we are stuck inside doing the registrations and taxes. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know how to do. We have seen a lot of families move in and out of these buildings. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If someone needs to know about a lease or a sale, we give them the facts. Our office looks like a regular workplace with papers stacked up and a tea kettle always ready. It is just a normal day-to-day business. We like the local feel of being in a colony rather than a high-rise office tower. It suits our way of working. Most of our clients come from word of mouth, which is fine by us.
