We are located on the second floor of the Bella Vista Society in Bandra West. It is right on SV Road, directly across from Bandra Talao. If you know this area, you know how busy that lakefront can get with people and cars. We opened this physio clinic because we saw so many people in the neighborhood struggling with old injuries or just general aches from city life. The clinic isn't very big, but it has got enough room for the mats and equipment we need to work. Being on the second floor means it is a bit quieter than the street level, which really helps when you are trying to focus on exercises. We do not have a big corporate marketing team; it is just a few of us who know how to work with muscles and bones. Bandra is a vibrant place, and we get all sorts of people walking in, from students to elderly folks who still live in the old bungalows nearby. We spend our days helping people stretch, move better, and get their strength back. It is not glamorous work, and sometimes the sessions are quite tough for the patients, but it is what we do. The view of the Talao is nice when you get a minute to look out the window between appointments. We just keep things simple and focus on the physical therapy side of things. It is a steady, local business.
