Our office is way up on the 17th floor of Orchid Suburbia, specifically unit D-1701. We’re located right off Link Road in Kandiwali, near Mahavir Nagar. Being this high up in Mumbai gives you a pretty wild view of the traffic below. Phm Hr and Media is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a busy place because we handle HR tasks and media projects simultaneously. There’s a lot of back and forth between the team members. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking. Since we’re in Mumbai, everything feels a bit fast-paced. We have to keep up with the rhythm of the city. Sometimes the commute on Link Road is a total nightmare, so we might start a bit later or stay until the traffic dies down. We don’t have a fancy corporate handbook or anything like that. We just figured out a way of working that makes sense for us. The kitchen area is small, but it’s the heart of the office because that’s where the coffee is. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from job seekers to media folks. It’s a lot to manage, but we just take things as they come. It's a real office with real people and real problems sometimes, but we get through it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
