We’ve been at 118, Plot No. 415 in the Reena Complex for a good while now. PHC VALEO FILTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a group of us working out of this spot in Ghatkopar West. It is right in the Ramdev Nagar area, which stays pretty crowded most days of the week. We deal with filters and different parts, mostly just keeping track of what’s coming in and going out to customers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we get our work done. Mumbai life is fast, so we try to keep up with the pace here. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are slow, or the rain makes the commute a mess, but that’s just how it goes living in Mumbai City. We don't spend money on big ads or flashy signs. Most people find us because they need specific filters and they know we are here in Ghatkopar. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about local news or the cricket scores. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the inventory and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. Being in Maharashtra, we see all kinds of weather, but work stays the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come through the door. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us working through the daily list.
