We work out of a flat in Mulund, specifically Flat No 502 in Vaidehi Apartment. It’s on Mithagar Road, which is a busy residential street. Using a flat as an office keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less like those big cold offices you see in the city. We handle different property solutions from here. It’s a small team, usually just a couple of us at our desks. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. We have heaps of papers and maps lying around most of the time. Mulund is a good place to be because it has a mix of everything. We spend a lot of our time talking to people on the phone or meeting them at different sites around the area. We aren't much for fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just speak plainly and tell people how things are. Sometimes the internet acts up or the building lift is being repaired, but we just work around it. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of business. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just focus on getting the paperwork done and making sure the property details are right. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been here for a while and most of our work comes from people who just know us in the neighborhood. We just do our bit every day and stay in our lane.
