We are located in Kandivali West, at C-1 Sainath Chawl on Gaondevi Road, near Bund Pakhadi Road. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses packed close together. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. Working as Peria Builders and Developer in a place like Mumbai means you are always dealing with crowded streets and lots of noise. We’ve been doing construction and development work in this area for some time. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors and everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. It’s just a room where we keep our tools, some blueprints, and a desk for the paperwork. Most of our work is about helping people fix up their homes or building small new projects in the local area. It’s tough work sometimes, especially when the rains hit Kandivali and everything slows down. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and making sure all the permits are in order. It’s a lot of running around. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things that stay up. People come to us because they’ve seen what we’ve done down the street. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up when we say we will. That’s about it for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and cement.
