We’re located at 115 in the New India Industrial Estate, right off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. Working in an industrial estate has a very specific feel to it. It’s not like those fancy glass buildings in Bandra; it’s a bit more rugged here. There’s always the sound of trucks or some kind of construction nearby. Pepkit Media Private Limited is basically just a workshop for digital stuff. Our office is full of equipment, boxes, and a few plants that we occasionally remember to water. It’s a bit dusty because of the location, but we don’t mind. We spend our days mostly coordinating between different projects and trying to make sure everything stays on track. The team is small, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t need to be formal with each other. We usually have lunch together around a big table that also doubles as our meeting space. It’s a very honest, no-nonsense environment. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a whiteboard that’s covered in scribbles and dates. Being in Andheri East means we’re close to everything, even if the roads are always dug up for something or other. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive place to be, and it fits the kind of work we do every day. We don't pretend to be polished; we just work.
