Pentagram Hospital Private Limited is located in Flat No. 701 of the Sabari Shivam building. We are on Nityanand Baug Road, which is right next to Jama Sweet in Chembur. If you’re from Mumbai, you know that Chembur has its own vibe, and being near a landmark like the sweet shop makes it easy for people to find us. Since we are in a residential-style building, it doesn’t feel like those cold, sterile hospitals you see in movies. It feels more like a place in the community. We use the space as efficiently as we can. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have several people coming in at once, but we make it work. The elevators in Sabari Shivam are usually busy, and you might have to wait a bit behind the residents moving their groceries. Chembur traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re used to people calling to say they’re running late. We don't have a big corporate board or a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just have our equipment, our desks, and a few chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to patients in the consultation rooms. It’s a practical environment. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a local hospital service for this part of Mumbai. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know us by now, which makes things feel friendly.
