We operate out of Gala No. 316 in the Link Way Estates building, which is right on the New Link Road in Malad West. It’s a large commercial complex, and our spot is on one of the upper floors. The CTS No. is 1093 if you’re looking at the land maps. Malad is a really bustling part of Mumbai City, and there is always something happening on the Link Road. Our space is divided into several sections for hospital management and the other services we handle. It’s a lot of paperwork and computer screens mostly. We have some basic office furniture and a small pantry where we make tea in the afternoons. The windows look out over the city, which is nice when you need a break from looking at files. It can get pretty loud with the construction that always seems to be going on nearby. We’ve been in this building for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The elevators can be slow during lunch hour, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Our day usually starts early and ends when the sun is down. It’s a practical workspace, nothing fancy, just a group of people doing their jobs in a busy part of the suburbs. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the management side of things.
