Pearlstone Infra Llp is located in Beverly Park, over in the Kanakia Road area. Our office is actually Shop No. 11 in the Orchid Tulip building, right opposite Laxmi Park. Being in a shop-front makes it easy for people to just wander in and ask us questions, which happens more often than you’d think. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of families and people walking their dogs in the park across the street. We do a lot of infrastructure and development work, which keeps us pretty tied up most of the week. Inside the shop, it’s mostly desks and a lot of folders. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture because we’d rather put that money into our projects. We’re local people and we talk like it. We don't see the point in using a lot of jargon that nobody understands. If someone wants to know about a project, we just tell them how it is. Sometimes the office is a bit messy because we’re busy, but we think that’s a good sign. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a drawing to a real structure. We’ve been here in Orchid Tulip for a bit and we like the community vibe. The local chai wallah brings us tea twice a day, which is the highlight of our mornings.
