Our office, Parth Financial Consultants Llp, is tucked away on the first floor of the Laxmi Narayan Shopping Centre. We are located at 42 Podar Road in Malad East. The shopping center is a busy place, but since we are on the first floor, it’s a little bit removed from the main foot traffic on the ground level. It’s a typical Malad office space. We’ve got our desks set up and some old cupboards for all the financial documents we have to keep. Being in Mumbai City, specifically 400097, means we are right in the heart of the suburbs. Podar Road can get quite narrow with all the parked bikes and people walking to the station. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shopkeepers in the building. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We spend our days going through numbers and making sure everything is in order. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or modern art. It’s just a practical office where we get things done. We usually have our lunch together in the small pantry area if we aren't too busy. Sometimes the rain makes the building a bit damp, but that’s just Mumbai in the monsoon. We just keep our heads down and work through the tasks on our list. There is no point making it look fancy when the work is what matters.
