Being based in a residential society like this keeps us grounded. We’re on Vir Savarkar Navghar Road, which is a busy spot but it feels like home. Our team handles various infrastructure projects, mostly focusing on the local needs of Mumbai and the surrounding areas. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a glass office in a high-rise. We work from a regular building because we prefer being close to where things are actually happening. The Mumbai heat can be tough, and the monsoon even tougher, but we keep the work moving regardless. Sometimes our desks are a mess of blueprints and tea cups, but we know where everything is. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just look at the plans and get to work. Dealing with city regulations and building codes in Maharashtra can be a real headache sometimes, but it’s just part of the job. Most of the people working here have lived in Mumbai their whole lives. We understand how the city works, from the narrow lanes to the big roads. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies show up on time. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty things about us. It’s just us, working out of Mulund, trying to get things built right. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now.
