Parinee Real Estatedevelopers Privatelimited is based over in Vile Parle West, specifically in Smag House on Sarojini Road Extension. We are up on the first floor in flats 102 and 103, which we turned into our main working space. It is a lively part of Mumbai to work in, though finding parking near the office can be a real headache sometimes. Inside, you will mostly find us looking at site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the office and the various spots where we have work going on. It is not a quiet job by any means. There is always someone coming in with a delivery or a foreman needing a signature on some documents. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The daily routine usually involves a lot of coffee and trying to stay on top of the schedules we set for the different projects. We do not go for anything too flashy in the office because we are usually too busy focusing on the actual building sites and making sure the supplies like sand and bricks are where they need to be. It is just regular people here trying to build things properly and making sure everything stays on track despite the usual city chaos and the heat.
