Parch Fashions Private Limited is tucked away in Mulund West. We’re in Kunthu Apartments, specifically room 405 on the fourth floor. Sarvodaya Nagar is a decent place to be, and J N Road is usually pretty active, so there’s always something happening outside. Working from an apartment means things are a bit tighter than a big warehouse, but it keeps us focused on what’s right in front of us. We have desks set up and shelves filled with different fashion items we’re working on. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it’s just a group of us trying to keep the business moving forward. We don’t have fancy receptionists or a lobby. You just walk in and see people busy with their tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computers dealing with the boring side of things like paperwork and logistics. When we actually get to the fashion part, that’s when it gets interesting. We try to keep the mood light, even when we have tight deadlines to meet. There’s a lot of coffee involved and sometimes we stay way later than we planned to. It’s just the way it is when you’re trying to build something from the ground up in Mumbai 400080. We aren’t trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do our work well and stay organized in our little corner of the city.
