Parama Diamonds Private Limited is tucked away in Malad West, right near Mittal College. If you know the Marble Arch building, that's where we are, specifically in B-507. It's a decent area, though the traffic near Navy Nagar can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. Dealing with diamonds is a lot of looking through loupes and checking lists. It’s quiet work mostly. We aren't a big showroom with lights and music. It’s more of an office setup where we handle the private limited side of the business. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than actually looking at stones. Being in Malad is good because everything is close by. We have some regulars who know the way up to the fifth floor. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just hear about us from their friends or family. The office gets a bit messy with papers sometimes, but we know where everything is. It’s just us doing our daily routine, checking the market, and making sure the orders are moving. It’s a steady life here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local business in a busy part of Mumbai trying to keep things running. We share the floor with a few other offices, so it stays fairly busy during the daytime.
