Our office for Panoramapratham Builders Llp is right in the middle of everything at Kohinoor City Mall. We are in Unit F 100 on the first floor. It’s actually pretty handy being in a mall because everything you need is right there, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during the weekends. We’re just off LBS Marg in Kurla West. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here. We spend a lot of time here looking over site plans and chatting with the contractors. It’s a busy environment but we like the energy. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place for us to keep our files and have meetings. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of the mall in the background. It feels like we’re part of the local buzz. People often drop by just to ask questions about what we’re building next. We try to give them straight answers without any of the usual talk you hear from big firms. We’ve been here for a while now and the mall has become our second home. It’s a good spot for a building company because we’re easy to find for anyone coming from the LBS Marg side. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do each day. Some days we're out in the field more than we are at the desk.
