We are up on the fifth floor of Ruby Crescent, in rooms 502 and 503. If you know where the Kandivali flyover is, we are right there, just above the Axis Bank on Ashok Chakaravati Road. It gets pretty loud with all the traffic passing by outside, but it is a good spot to be for work. Palkhi Realty Llp has been here for a while now. We handle the local property work in the Kandivali East area. It is mostly just us sitting in the office, going through papers and talking to clients on the phone. We spend a lot of time on calls or walking over to nearby sites to check on things. It is not a big fancy operation by any means. We have some basic desks, a few computers, and a lot of files to manage. Dealing with property in Mumbai means a lot of paperwork and sometimes waiting at government offices for hours. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, but we stay busy with the work. Being near the flyover makes it easy for people to find our building, though parking on this road can be a bit of a pain. We know this part of Mumbai 400101 quite well since we spend all day here. We are not some massive company, just a local team doing our jobs. Most days we just drink some tea and handle the daily tasks that come with real estate in this town.
