Our office for Oynx Home Developers Private Limited is up on the 10th floor of the 215 Atrium building. That’s over in Andheri East, right on M.V. Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot because it is near Acme Plaza. We’ve been operating from this location, specifically Sub Plot A, Cts-215-Amulgoan, for a while. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the housing projects we have on the go. Andheri is a hectic place to work, always something happening outside. We started this company to get into the home development side of things. It’s a small team, nothing too corporate or over the top. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes the elevators in the Atrium take forever, which is a bit of a pain when we are in a hurry. We don't really do big speeches or fancy brochures. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they see our office address. Working in Amulgoan means we are right in the middle of the action. We handle the development stuff from start to finish. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the permits are in order. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep things simple for everyone involved. We just want to build decent places for people to live. It is hard work, but we like it.
