Otra Infra Global Private Limited

You can find us at Flat No 703 in the Labh Building. We are right across from Kelkar College in Mulund East. It’s a busy spot with students always walking around. Otra Infra Global Private Limited is just a small group of us working out of this apartment-turned-office. We spend our days looking over plans and talking to suppliers on the phone. Mulund is a good place to be, right on the edge of the city but with its own feel. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. People usually just knock on the door or call us up. We handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of technical stuff that isn't always exciting to talk about. We just try to get the details right so things don't go wrong later. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and making sure we have what we need for the sites. Some days are stressful when things don't arrive on time, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't try to sound like we know everything. We just learn as we go and try to be honest about what can be done. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby and care about how the neighborhood looks. We try to keep our desks tidy, but with all the blueprints, it is usually a mess. That's just how we work every day.
