Vikhroli is a busy, working-class neighborhood, and our office fits right in with that. It’s not a shiny new building. It’s a bit older and has some character. We work in a small space that’s often packed with stuff. There’s no lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk or sorting through papers. We aren't big on formalities. We talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The neighborhood is loud and full of life, which we actually like. It keeps us on our toes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done each morning and we get to it. Sometimes the electricity acts up or it gets too hot in the afternoon, but we just keep going. It’s a very local vibe. Most of the people who help us out live nearby in Tagore Nagar. We don't feel the need to look like a big corporate office. This place works for us and it's where we feel most comfortable. It’s just a plain room with some desks and a lot of heart behind what’s happening inside. It's how we get things done.
