We are over in Goregaon West. Our office is unit 003 on the ground floor of Wing B in the Vivekanand SRA CHS Ltd building. It is tucked away off S.V. Road. If you are looking for us, we are right near the St. John Universal School. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the lift. The office is quite basic, just a few chairs and a table where we keep our files. It can get a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep it clean. S.V. Road is always packed with traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background. We do a lot of realtor work for the local community. Most of our days are spent meeting people or heading out to check on apartments. We are a small crew. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules. We just come in, do the work, and try to be helpful to the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors or talk to the school staff. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the Goregaon area inside and out. The school nearby means it gets very busy when the kids are coming or going. It’s a lively place to be. We just keep things moving and focus on the daily tasks. It's a regular job for us and we like it that way.
