You’ll find ONEUP BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED at Shop Number 01 in Aawez Heights. We are right on S.V. Road in Andheri West, not too far from the Corporation Bank. It’s a very busy spot, which is good for business but can be a bit loud. We’ve been here for a bit now, working on various building projects. The shop isn't very big, but it’s where all the planning happens. Being in Andheri West means there’s always competition and noise, but we just stick to our own work. We handle the usual construction stuff like dealing with permits, hiring crews, and making sure materials arrive on time. It’s a lot of juggling. Sometimes the traffic on S.V. Road makes it hard to get anywhere, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate entity with a polished image. We’re just a small team trying to get things done. We talk to our clients directly, no fancy middleman. It’s more personal that way. There’s usually someone in the shop if you want to chat about a project or check on some plans. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up in this neighborhood. We just want to contribute to that in our own way. It’s about putting in the hours and making sure the foundations are solid. That’s the most important part of any build. We don't have a big mission, we just have a lot of work to finish. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
