Onebase Construction Private Limited is located at A601 Leo Building, part of the Kohinoor Niwas CHS Ltd on 24th Road in Khar, Mumbai. We are right near the Khar telephone exchange, which is a pretty easy landmark for people to find. Working in Khar means dealing with the constant noise and the hustle of Mumbai, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office is up on the sixth floor, providing a bit of a break from the street level chaos. We spend most of our time working on various construction projects across the city. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust, loud machinery, and paperwork that never seems to end. We are not into making big promises or using corporate speak. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to be built, and then get to work. Sometimes we run into issues with permits or materials, but that is just part of the deal when you are in this industry. We have a small group of dedicated people who handle the day-to-day operations. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and coffee cups. We do not have a PR department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do to show what we are about. Being in the 400052 area puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city quickly, as long as the traffic is not too backed up.
