It is a very busy part of Mumbai City, and sometimes it feels like the whole world is passing by our front door. Our office is in room 102. It is not a huge place, but it fits everything we need to run the business. We deal with a lot of different products and the paperwork that goes with moving them across borders. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to people at the docks or the warehouse. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the timing is right. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception area because we would rather use that space for our files and equipment. Some days are longer than others, especially when a shipment is delayed and we have to figure out why. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and we know the other neighbors well.
