Our company, Om Srns Developers Private Limited, is based in Flat No. 2563 at Building No. 75. We are part of the Amrit Co-Op Housing Society in Nehru Nagar. Being in Kurla means there is always something happening right outside the door. Sg Barve Marg is a very busy road, so there is a constant hum of traffic and people. We work out of this flat because it’s convenient and keeps us close to the heart of the suburbs. Most of our work involves local development and redevelopment projects. We spend our mornings going through plans and our afternoons visiting sites to see how the masonry is coming along. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big staff of secretaries. If you call us, you usually talk to one of the people actually doing the work. The society office is nearby, and we’ve become a regular part of the building life here. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the rain makes the commute to Thane a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't looking to be the biggest developers in the state, just to do a good job on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a lot of small details and long hours, but it’s what we know.
