Om Sai Charan Restobar Private Limited

We’ve been around Gorai for a bit now, specifically over here at Neelam Cottage on Uttan Road. It’s a busy spot in Borivali West, and honestly, the traffic can get a bit much sometimes, but we like it here. We started Om Sai Charan Restobar because we wanted a place where folks could just sit down and have a drink or some food without all the fuss you find in the bigger city parts. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot for locals. Sometimes the music is a little loud, or the floor has a scuff, but that’s just how it is when people are actually using the space. We’ve got a small team here, mostly guys from around the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time making sure the stock is right and the kitchen is running okay. The weather out here near the coast gets pretty humid, so we try to keep things cool inside. It’s a lot of work running a restobar, more than people think. You’re always fixing a chair or talking to a delivery guy who got lost looking for Ct5 104 B. But we’ve made a lot of friends since we opened up. If you're walking down towards the beach area or coming back from work, you've probably seen our sign. We just keep doing what we do every day, making sure the lights are on and the tables are clean enough for whoever walks in next. We aren't trying to change the world, just serving food.
