We are based out of Kavita Apartment in Borivali West, specifically A-10 on the ground floor. It’s right on Natakwala Lane, just off the main SV Road. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the shops and people moving around. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and it’s a handy location for us. The office is just a standard apartment unit that we use for the business. Nothing too special about the layout. We do our realtor work from here, mostly focusing on the local suburbs. It’s a lot of sitting with clients and going over maps or floor plans. We keep things pretty low-key. You won’t find any big signs or flashing lights here. Just the name on the door and some files on the desk. Sometimes the noise from SV Road gets into the office, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our day is spent calling people back or walking over to nearby buildings to see how things are looking. It’s a lot of footwork and basic office tasks. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We are just local people who know the Borivali side of Mumbai well. We handle whatever comes our way, from small questions to bigger property things. It’s just us doing the daily grind in a regular neighborhood apartment, trying to keep track of all the different listings in the area.
