Ocb Cakes is located inside Dreams The Mall in Bhandup West. If you’re walking through the mall on L.B.S Marg, you’ll find us at shop G-123. We spend most of our time around ovens and flour. It’s a mall, so there’s always music playing and people walking by, which keeps things interesting. We aren’t a massive factory; we are more of a local shop where we actually bake the stuff ourselves. Our days start early because cakes take time to get right. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; everything happens right here in Bhandup. Some days are really busy, especially around holidays or weekends when the mall gets full. We just focus on getting the baking done and making sure the cakes look okay before they go out. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually covered in something by the end of the shift. We are just regular people who like baking and decided to make a business out of it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure when someone buys a cake from us, it's worth it. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Working in a mall has its ups and downs, but we like the energy. It’s just us, some flour, and a lot of baking tins every single day. We keep our heads down and just keep the oven going.
