Nucommerz Ventures Private Limited

Nucommerz Ventures Private Limited is located at Shanker Park, right on Shankar Lane in Kandivali West. We are up on the 10th floor, room 1004. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and the lane is always full of people and shops. We have been in this building for some time now. It is a decent spot for an office. We mostly handle venture-related work from here. It isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is more of a tight-knit group of people who know what they are doing. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking numbers and talking to people on the phone. The 10th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street level, but you can still hear the city if the windows are open. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just us telling you where we are. We show up in the morning, have our coffee, and get to it. Kandivali has changed a lot over the years, but we like being here. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We do not need a lobby with marble floors to get our work done. It is a practical space for practical people. Most of our day is just regular office stuff, making sure everything is filed correctly and the bills are paid.
