We are located on the first floor of a building in Millat Nagar, right on the Link Road in Sakinaka. If you know Mumbai, you know how loud and busy Sakinaka can be. Our office is right across from the municipal school. Nts Mep Techno is a small team focusing on the mechanical and plumbing side of buildings. It’s a lot of technical stuff that most people don't think about until something goes wrong. We spend our days looking at pipes and wiring diagrams. The office is usually a bit of a mess with tools and samples of different materials. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. You just walk up the stairs and you’re there. The traffic outside on the Link Road is constant, so there’s always a bit of background noise while we’re working. We aren't a big corporate entity. We’re just a group of people who know how these systems work. It’s a lot of problem-solving and making sure everything fits where it’s supposed to. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening because a project has a tight deadline. We don't use any flowery language about what we do. We just fix and install MEP systems. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Being in Mumbai City means there’s always a new project starting somewhere, so we try to keep up as best as we can without making things more complicated than they are.
