We are NTPL DEVELOPERS LLP, located right across from the Mittal Industrial Estate in the Marol area of Andheri East. Our office is in the Times Square building at CTS No. 758/759. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Andheri East gets, especially with all the traffic and the metro construction nearby. We spend our days here dealing with the reality of building and development. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork, phone calls with contractors, and making sure everything stays on track. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sounds of the city coming through the windows. We have been here for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of Marol. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just a group of people trying to get things built. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or permit issues, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else. We don’t have a big corporate ladder, just a few of us working hard in this office near Mittal Estate. It’s a practical business, and we focus on what’s in front of us. Most of our work happens on the sites, but this is where we come back to settle the bills and plan the next day. It’s a busy life but it keeps us moving. The local tea stalls and the constant buzz of Marol are just part of our daily routine.
