Northern Star Heights Private Limited

Our office is up on the fourth floor of Multilink House. If you know Khar West, you probably know 3rd Road, it’s a familiar street for most of us living nearby. Northern Star Heights Private Limited is basically run by a handful of us who’ve been in the Mumbai real estate scene long enough to know the headaches involved. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit greeting you at the door. Usually, you’ll find one of us on the phone or looking over blueprints. Mumbai City-400052 moves fast, and Khar is right in the middle of that energy. We deal with developers and height-related projects, mostly focused on the residential side here in Maharashtra. The space at 402 isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up chatting with neighbors while we wait. We don't spend much on flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from people talking to other people. It’s more about getting the job done than making a big show of it. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, and we make sure the local regulations are followed. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments. We just keep moving forward with our current builds and see what comes next. It’s honest work in a busy part of town.
