You can find our office at 702 in Hubtown Solaris, right on N S Phadke Marg. Being in Andheri East means we are in one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. It’s a constant rush of cars and people outside. We work on housing projects from this 7th-floor office. It’s a decent space but we don’t spend all our time here. Most of the real work happens out where the houses are being built. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and checking on the progress of our sites. Mumbai City is a tough place to build in because of the lack of space and the strict rules. We just try to navigate all of that as best as we can. We aren't the kind of company that uses a lot of polished language. We speak plainly about what can be done and what cannot. It’s about being practical and getting things finished. The housing market here is always changing, so we have to stay on our toes. We have a small team that handles the admin and the project management. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks at once. Sometimes it gets stressful, but we’ve been at it for a while and know the ropes. We aren't looking for fame, just to keep building decent places for people to live in. It’s a hard industry but we like the challenge of it all.
