North Life Spaces Llp

You can find North Life Spaces Llp on the 7th floor of Hubtown Solaris, right in Unit 702. We’re located on N.S. Phadake Road in the Saiwadi area of Andheri East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and being in a building like Hubtown Solaris keeps us right in the middle of all the action. We deal with various aspects of real estate and space management. Some days involve a lot of meetings in the office, while others are spent trekking across the city to look at different sites. Andheri East is a real mix of residential and commercial, so there’s never a dull moment. We don't have a big corporate script we follow. We just talk to people like normal humans and try to figure out what they need. Sometimes the elevators in these big buildings take forever, and the traffic on Phadake Road is a nightmare, but that's just Mumbai life for you. Our team is pretty small, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things personal. We’ve seen the market go up and down, and we just try to stay steady through it all. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It's just about finding the right spaces for the right people and making sure the paperwork is in order. We're just trying to do a solid job in a very fast-paced city. It gets tiring, but we keep showing up and doing the work.
