Nortel Graphics Private Limited is situated in the Oasis Shopping Mall, right on the busy S V Road in Jogeshwari West. Being in a mall is a bit different than a regular office building because you see shoppers and people hanging out at all hours. We are in the commercial premises section, specifically units 183 to 186. It’s a decent-sized space for us. S V Road is always a mess with traffic, so we hear the honking and the buses going by constantly. The mall itself, Oasis, is a landmark that everyone around here knows. Inside our doors, it's mostly just a bunch of desks and some equipment for the graphics work. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just like to get the work done and go home. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it feels like a marathon trying to finish everything. We’ve got a small corner for tea and snacks because you need that to get through the afternoon. The mall security guys know us by now since we’ve been here for a while. It’s a convenient spot because we can just step out and grab whatever we need from the shops nearby. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s a plain, hardworking office in a loud part of Mumbai, and that’s just how we like it. We focus on the tasks at hand and keep things moving without any unnecessary complications.
