Nityaastha Developers LLP is tucked away in Borivali West. Our office is actually in a residential complex called Gorai Shiva Shambho CHS. We are in the Sea Wood Building, specifically in room E-402 on the fourth floor. It’s right behind the Gorai Bus Depot in Gorai-3. Being near the bus depot makes it easy to give directions, though the area can get quite crowded with all the commuters and buses. Our office feels more like a home than a corporate space because it's in a residential building. We’ve got a small team here. We spend our time working on development plans and keeping track of our projects. Borivali is a busy part of Mumbai, and Gorai has its own pace. We like being slightly away from the main commercial hubs. It’s a bit quieter here. Nityaastha Developers LLP is just us working from a flat. We don't have a big neon sign or a lobby with a guard. Just a door with our name on it. We handle all the calls and the planning from our desks here. It’s a modest setup, but it serves us well for the work we do. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the development work and try to keep everything moving without any fuss. It’s a real, local Mumbai business run by local people.
