Nitya Infraprojects Llp

We've been operating out of Cosmos Plaza for a while now. If you know the Jp Road area in Andheri West, specifically near the Cts No. 824 & 834 plots, that's where you'll find us on the fifth floor in room 501. Nitya Infraprojects Llp isn't some giant corporate machine. It's just a bunch of us working on infrastructure stuff around the city. We spend a lot of time dealing with paperwork, site plans, and the daily grind of construction projects. Some days are loud because of the traffic outside on Jp Road, but we get the work done. People often ask what exactly we do, and mostly it's just coordinating different parts of building projects. It’s not always glamorous. There are a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on materials. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but the office still feels the same. We like being in Andheri because everything is close by, even if the commute can be a bit of a headache during monsoon. The office at 501 Cosmos Plaza stays pretty busy from morning till evening. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just desks and a lot of blueprints. It works for us. We just focus on getting through the current project list and making sure things are moving forward. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot from our windows over the years. We're just a normal team doing our thing here.
