Nishka Buildcon Llp is based in Andheri-West, Mumbai-Mumbai City. We are located at 603, Plot No-19 in Sai Darshan Chs Ltd, which is in the Mhada Layout of Varsova. This is near the Four Bunglow area, 400053. Our office is on the sixth floor, giving us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. We are a small buildcon firm and we spend our days managing various construction sites around Andheri and the surrounding suburbs. The office is where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like permits and scheduling. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for us. We don't have any corporate mission statements or anything like that. We are just a team of people who know how to build things and we try to do it as efficiently as we can. Varsova is a busy place and there is always something happening outside our windows. We have a lot of paperwork to get through every day and we spend a lot of time on the phone with our site managers. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just want to get the work done and move on to the next task. It’s a simple way of working and it seems to suit us just fine. We have been here for a while and we know the local area quite well.
