Our office is in Kandivali East, specifically in Thakur Village. We are in building B1, unit 301 of the Swapnanpurti-11 Jivlapada CHSL. It is a residential area, so the office feels very much like part of the neighborhood. We are on the 3rd floor. Thakur Village is a well-known spot in Mumbai, and it is usually quite crowded with people and cars. We handle realty work for people around here. The office is small and a bit cramped because we have so many documents stored in boxes. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls. It is not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to landlords and buyers. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with kids playing outside or neighbors talking in the hallway. We don't mind it much. It feels more real than a cold office building. We usually grab snacks from the local vendors nearby during our breaks. It's a simple operation we have going here. We just focus on getting the deals through and making sure everyone is happy with the paperwork. It's a lot of back and forth, but that is the nature of the business in Kandivali. We just keep at it and hope for the best for our neighbors.
