We have been over here at Dheeraj Sagar for a while now. If you know the Link Road in Malad West, you have probably seen the Goregaon Sports Complex. We are right across from it in Building Number 2. It is a busy spot but we like it. Most days we are just up here in Flat 504 dealing with infrastructure and real estate stuff. It isn’t a fancy showroom or anything, just a regular office where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but being centrally located helps when we have to head out to different parts of the city. We handle the paperwork and the project details from this desk. It is mostly just us keeping track of the day-to-day requirements for the properties we manage. People stop by sometimes to drop off documents or ask about a specific site. We try to keep things moving. There is usually a lot going on with the buildings we look after, so there isn't much downtime. It is a solid place to work and we know the neighborhood well.
