Nilotpal Developersprivate Limited is situated right opposite Don Bosco School in Borivali West. We are up on the seventh floor in B/704 of the Samruddhi CHS Ltd building which is right on Link Road. This part of Mumbai is always active and having the school right across from us means there is always a lot of life around. We handle development projects from this office and it keeps us quite busy throughout the year. The view from the seventh floor is alright and it gives us a bit of a break from the noise down on Link Road. We are a small group of people who just wanted to get into the building and development side of the city. We don't go for the polished corporate look because we think it’s better to just be ourselves and work hard. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and checking on various project statuses. We spend a good amount of time in meetings but they are usually informal and just about getting things done. Borivali West is a good area to be based in because it has a bit of everything. We have stayed in the Samruddhi building for a while and we have gotten to know the other people working here. It’s a very standard office life with the usual ups and downs that come with developing properties in a big city like Mumbai.
