Nilkranti Fisheries Private Limited operates out of a small place in Bhandup West. We are located at Indira Niwas on JMRSPS Road, in the Survoday Nagar area. It is a local neighborhood, and our office reflects that. We deal with fisheries, which means our days can start quite early and involve a lot of coordination. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone talking to a supplier or checking on the logistics of a shipment. We do not have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. It is just a regular room with desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and schedules on the walls. We have been part of this community for a bit, and we like being in Bhandup. It feels grounded. Some days are stressful when the catch isn't what we expected or the transport gets delayed, but we just take it in stride. We are not a big multinational company; we are just local people trying to run a decent business. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or polished presentations.
