If you’re looking for Nikunj Shelter Llp, we’re located in the same spot as our other team in Borivali West. We are in the Wasabi Building, specifically Flat 1202 on the 12th floor. Chikuwadi is a busy part of the suburb, and being across from Phoenix Hospital means there is always something happening outside. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our files, a couple of computers, and a large table where we spread out maps and documents. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a shiny lobby; it’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on various shelter projects. The mood is usually pretty focused, though we do take breaks to talk about the local news or whatever is happening in Mumbai. Since we are in a residential building, it feels a bit more personal than a standard office. We know the security guards and the people living on the other floors. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent making sure the materials are arriving and the workers are on schedule. We don't really do anything flashy. We just try to stay on top of the details and make sure our projects are heading in the right direction. It's a regular day-to-day business for us here.
