We are running things out of a flat in Om Surya Society over in Sector 15. It is a decent spot in Mumbai, even if the building is a bit older than some of the new towers going up nearby. Flat number 24 is where we keep all the files and the computers for our infra work. Most of the time, the place is quiet except for when the tea guy comes by or someone is on a loud phone call about a project site. We started Nextgen Infratech Solutions Llp because we saw enough work happening around the city that needed a steady hand. It is not a huge office with a big reception or anything like that. We just have a few desks pushed against the walls and some maps pinned up so we know where our teams are supposed to be. The parking around Sector 15 can be a real headache, so we usually tell people to take an auto if they are coming to see us. Dealing with the paperwork for infratech projects takes up most of our mornings, and then we are usually out at different locations for the rest of the day. It is just the way we have always done things, keeping it simple and focusing on the task at hand. We don't really have a big philosophy, we just want to make sure the jobs get finished so we can move on to the next one without any trouble.
