If you go down LBS Marg in Bhandup West, you’ll find us in the Sairadha Complex. We are up in the D Wing on the 1201st floor. It’s a decent spot for a logistics and development company like ours. Newon Developers & Logistics Llp is what we call ourselves. We do a bit of everything involving transport and building work. Being in Mumbai means things are always moving fast, and Bhandup is a good central place for that. Our office isn't very large, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. Some days are quieter than others. We handle the logistics part because it’s a big part of how buildings get made anyway. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do the work that comes our way and do it right. People usually find us because they need something moved or built in this area. We’ve been in this complex for some time now. You get used to the noise from the Marg below. It’s part of the job. Most of the staff has been with us since we started. We aren't big on corporate titles or anything like that. We just focus on the projects. It's a practical way to run a business. We keep our records in order and try to stay ahead of the schedule when we can.
