Newcogen Developers Private Limited is a small team working out of Mulund West. Our office is at 3-G, Dev Chhaya, which is situated right near the Panch Rasta intersection on M.G. Road. It is a very busy spot in Mumbai City, and we enjoy being right in the heart of this neighborhood. We do development work, mostly focusing on residential projects in the surrounding areas. We are not a massive firm with a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us here, looking at blueprints and talking to contractors throughout the day. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the samples and drawings, but that is just how it goes when you are actually building things. We have been in Mulund for a while and we have a good understanding of how the local regulations work. It is not always a smooth process getting everything approved, but we stay on top of it. We do not make a lot of big promises we cannot keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and get the work started. Being near Panch Rasta makes it easy for people to find us if they want to ask about a project or a piece of land. We value the connections we have made with the people living on M.G. Road. We just keep our heads down and focus on building things that actually work for people.
