You can find us at the Odyssey Building in Raheja Reflections. It’s up in Thakur Village, Kandivali East. It’s a pretty decent area to work in, away from some of the heavier congestion further south. New Age Buildtech Private Limited has been around for a while now. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day operations of building and maintenance. It is not like what you see on TV where everything is clean and fast. It’s actually quite slow and involves a lot of waiting for things to dry or for trucks to arrive. We spend a lot of time in the office at unit 1802 just trying to organize the chaos. There is always a list of things to do that never seems to get shorter. We work with various contractors and suppliers to make sure things happen. Sometimes we have to deal with neighbors complaining about the noise or just general city stuff. It’s all part of the job. We don't have any fancy speeches to give. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the sites are safe. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we get home pretty late. But it’s what we know how to do, so we just keep showing up and doing it. There isn't much more to it than that, just getting things built the right way.
