We are located right in Ghatkopar Village, specifically in Building No R-2 at Garodia Nagar. New Afsaraa Construction And Developmentprivate Limited has its office at R/2-112, which is easy to spot since it’s right opposite the RTO office. Being in this part of Mumbai means things are always moving fast. We started this company to handle some of the building and development projects happening around the village and the wider area. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going from the RTO all day, so we see a lot of the local traffic. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to various sites. We deal with the day-to-day realities of construction, which means a lot of dust, noise, and dealing with paperwork. It’s not always easy getting things done in a crowded neighborhood like this, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of Ghatkopar. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve seen the buildings go up and the area change. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos. Sometimes we have a lot on our plate and other times it’s a bit slower, but there is always something that needs fixing or building around here. It's just us trying to keep things moving and doing what we can for the folks in this part of town.
